Tästä se alkaa: 61kg

Jo oli aikakin aloittaa, joulumässäilyjen jälkeen vaaka näytti tasan 61 kiloa. Ei ihan äkkiä tule mieleen, koska olisin painanut näin paljon! No mutta, tästä ei ole kuin suunta alaspäin. Sitten päivän syömisiin:

kaurapuuro (mansikkahillo)
pastaa ja jauhelihakastiketta
lämpimiä kasviksia
kiinankaalia (salaatinkastike)
lasi rasvatonta maitoa
banaani
kaalikeittoa
kahvi (rasvaton maito)
lasi plus-maitoa
kaksi ruispalaa (margariini, juustoraaste, keittokinkku, kurkku)
tee (kevytmaito)
banaani

Liikunta: koiralenkki (50min)
